PUBLIC NOTICE

The Ashkum Planning/Zoning Board will hold a hearing on July 15th, 2009, at 7 PM at the Ashkum Village Hall to act on a petition filed by John Gray to rezone 3 parcels in the Village of Ashkum from B-1 (Business) to R-1 (Conditional Use, Multi-Family dwelling) for the purpose of erecting a single story apartment building.

The parcels for rezoning are:
PIN 10-28-176-001 (Lots 11 and 12 of block 109)
PIN 10-28-176-018 (Lot 9 of block 109)

The property is located at the corner of East Washington and US Hwy. 45, on the south side of East Washington, in the Village of Ashkum.
