Notice is hereby given that the Village of Ashkum in Iroquois County, Illinois adopted ORDINANCE NO. 2009-03, APPROPRIATINO ORDINANCE FOR THE VILLAGE OF ASHKUM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010, on the 21st day of July, 2009, and the said ordinance has been published in pamphlet form and is posted in the Village Hall and also available for inspection in the office of the Village Clerk.

I further certify that on July 21, 2009, the board of Trustees of said village passed and approved ORDINANCE NO. 2009-03, APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE VILLAGE OF ASHKUM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010.

The pamphlet form of said ordinance was prepared, and a copy of the ordinance was posted in the Village Hall, commencing on July 21, 2009, and continuing for at least 10 days thereafter. Copies of the ordinance were also available for public inspection upon request of the office of the Village Clerk
